Jellyfish Dance Party at VEC

The Victoria Event Centre (VEC) is hosting an exhilarating dance party this Friday, complete with a collection of Left Coast Crew DJs.

If you like house music, a bit of mischief and dancing, then this is for you!

Tickets are sold out online, however, there will be some available at the door for $40. All proceeds from this event go towards the Jellyfish Lounge.

Mother’s Day Market at Bilston Creek Farm

Bilston Creek Farm is adding to the Mother’s Day celebrations, kicking off this Friday with a special market that’ll run through until Sunday, May 12th!

Here, you’ll find a handful of unique vendors where you can shop for the perfect gift for your special someone.

Entry is $5 and tickets can be purchased here. Children 16 and under get in for free.

Virtuous Pie

What’s better than a Friday night pizza outing? Better yet, one that is lactose-intolerant and vegetarian friendly!

Virtuous Pie is a delicious vegan pizza restaurant and might just become your favourite for plant based dinner and ice cream!

Dine in to enjoy delicious pizza or take it to go.

The chain also offers gluten free options, happy hour and more!

Miniature World

Attached to the hip of the Fairmont Empress, this big little world features over 85 exciting miniature dioramas and displays!

It’s one of the most popular tourist attractions in Victoria and is definitely worth a visit if you’ve never been.

Now’s your chance to step into the Story Books of fact, fiction and fantasy.

Admission rate for an adult is $18, $11 for a youth aged 13 to 17 years old, and $9 for a child aged 5 to 12 years old).

Artemis Whiskey Bar

This whiskey bar is an experience in and of itself—not are there a multitude of whiskey options, the atmosphere has been specifically curated to match their space theme and whimsical vibes.

As described on their website, it’s riddled with superstition, divination and charms, and is sure to offer a magical space for you and your friends.

They also offer a selection of cocktails with spirits such as gin, mezcal, and vodka.
