Expect delays if you are heading to and from the Swartz Bay ferry terminal Tuesday afternoon following a single-vehicle rollover crash on the Pat Bay Highway.
UPDATE: All lanes have been reopened on the Pat Bay Highway near Swartz Bay.
to a tweet from Van Island District, the crash, which occurred just before 3 p.m. near the Swartz Bay ferry terminal, has reduced southbound and northbound traffic down to one lane.

Emergency crews are on the scene, and according to witnesses, the driver had to be extracted from the vehicle.
The cause of the crash is still unknown.
