EARLIER: Victoria Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 31-year-old Victoria man, Jesse Paul Newell.
Jesse was last seen wearing a black dark hoodie with designer holes and blue jeans.
He is described as a Caucasian man with a medium build, standing five feet, ten inches tall, and often squints to help him see.
Jesse suffers from health issues, and apart from being missing is also wanted on related warrants.
Anyone who sees him is warned not to approach him, and should call 911. If you have information about where he is, contact VicPD at (250) 995-7654, or report what you know anonymously to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
