Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 75-year-old Nanaimo woman, Julie Curling.
She was last seen leaving her apartment in central Nanaimo (on Cypress St, which is located between Terminal Ave and Vancouver Ave) at approximately 6:30 am on Wednesday May 30th, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Curling is described as a Caucasian female, 5’0″ tall, weighing 140 lbs with shoulder length grey hair. Her husband, who reported her missing, cannot recall what she was wearing.
She suffers from significant medical conditions which result in extreme memory loss, and investigators have been told that she will respond to being called by her first name.
Anyone who sees Julie is asked to call 911 immediately.
