Centennial Square washroom incident puts two in hospital with stab wounds

More information has come to light regarding two men who were stabbed last night at Centennial Square.

One of the victims told Police that the two of them had instigated an altercation with a third man who was occupying a washroom at Centennial Square. He said they kicked the door in, and got into a physical altercation with the third man.

Upon leaving the restroom, they discovered their wounds. The third male fled the scene.

Police administered first aid to the two victims until BC Emergency Health Services arrived. They spoke with witnesses, including a victim, and canvassed the scene for evidence.

Investigators would like to speak with the third male involved in the altercation.
