Vancouver Island is about to play host to one of the biggest names in the music industry to date.
Shania Twain will be paying a visit to the Canadian Armed Forces at the Canadian Forces Base in Esquimalt on Thursday, April 19th between 1 PM and 2 PM.
The pop country music legend will be on site meeting the members from all three military services on the flight deck of HMCS Ottawa, before touring ship and a submarine.
Twain was recently a guest judge on popular TV show RuPaul’s Drag Race, and has concerts scheduled in Vancouver on May 5th and 6th as part of her upcoming world tour.
