In case you were wondering what that helicopter was up to on Monday, we’ve got the answer and it’s pretty exciting!
The cast and crew of Amazing Race Canada Season 6 was right here in Victoria, filming their first episode at the iconic Hatley Castle in Colwood.
The show’s writer and producer Mark Lysakowski also shared a photo of him directing parts of the show from up above, in a helicopter!
And for the first time ever, fans of the Amazing Race were able to see where the contestants started their quest, as the beginning of the event was live streamed on Facebook, garnering over 72,000 views.
Another first is the fact that this season is a “Heroes edition” and is comprised of Canadian heroes.
The show will air on CTV in June or July.
