Share

The RCMP will be making four melodious stops at four locations on Vancouver Island this summer, as part of their annual Musical Ride.

This world-famous spectacle involves 32 RCMP officers performing skilful drills and performances on horseback to help raise money for local charities.

In 2018 the Musical Ride is making 32 stops across British Columbia and Ontario, followed by Quebec and Alberta in 2019, the Atlantic Provinces and Saskatchewan in 2020, and Southern Ontario and Manitoba in 2021.

They’ll be visiting these four cities on Vancouver Island:

  • Sooke, BC: Lions Club of Greater Victoria
    August 18th and 19th
  • Parksville, BC: Rotary Club of Parksville AM
    August 21st and 22nd
  • Courtenay, BC: Comox Valley Exhibition
    August 24th and 26th
  • Duncan, BC: Cowichan Community Policing Advisory Society
    August 28th
