Feeling a little more damp than usual? We don’t blame you. January has been exceptionally rainy.
In fact, compared to last year, 2018 has been positively waterlogged – even without any actual tsunamis.
According to Victoria Weather Stats, last month BC’s capital city endured over four times as much rainfall as it did during January 2017.
Rainfall in Victoria
A total of 223.7 mm of rain doused Victoria over the past 31 days.
Though that’s not a record-breaking statistic in terms of rain in one month, it’s still more than enough to make us wish that summer would hurry up and come back.
