Alberta RCMP are offering a $5,000 reward for information that could lead to the arrest of a man wanted for the first-degree murder of an Eckville man more than 11 years.

A Canada-wide warrant was issued for Kevin Edward Brown for the first-degree murder of Bradley Webber.

On October 24, 2006, Webber’s body was found in his fifth-wheel trailer in Eckville, a central Alberta town about 50 kilometres west of Red Deer.

Police arrested and charged 44-year-old Shayne Earl Gulka of Lacombe in March 2016 in relation to the killing. He is awaiting trial.

Brown still hasn’t been located and is either in Alberta or British Columbia, as he has contacts in both provinces, police said. He is also wanted on one count of kidnapping another unnamed individual.

Brown is described as white, 5-9 tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has blond hair and brown eyes. He has moles on his face and a scar on his forehead. He has a tribal design tattoo on his upper right arm and a Chinese symbol on the left side of his neck.

Anyone with information about Brown’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately. Police say he is considered dangerous and should not be approached.
