The Johnson Street Bridge deck span installation that was supposed to begin on Saturday has been in full swing all day today!
With workers, City of Victoria representatives, members of the media, and bystanders monitoring the progress, the ‘Dynamic Beast’ has been slowly but surely installing the deck span this afternoon.
The final span is now in place, and the work is scheduled to continue into tomorrow. The bridge will be open again on Monday at 5 PM (contingent on good weather).
All eyes have been on the bridge today, so in case you weren’t there, check out these incredible photos and videos so you can be a part of the project!
