Hockey, beavers, maple syrup, and free health care – we’ve done it again!
An annual study released by US News & World Report, Y&R’s BAV Consulting, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania just announced that Canada is the second best country in world.
The report ranked 80 nations based on nine different factors, including adventure, citizenship, cultural influence, entrepreneurship, and quality of life.
Besides ranking 2nd overall, Canada was also ranked number 1 for ‘quality of life’ and number 4 for ‘citizenship’.
Switzerland is officially the best country in the world as of 2018, followed by Canada, and then Germany at #3.
The United States, who placed #7 in 2017, switched spots with Australia and is now ranked at #8.
