Oak Bay police nabbed a motorcyclist going well over the posted speed limit on Beach Drive Sunday.
Police said they were set up to monitor speed when the lone rider on the bike was clocked travelling at 87 kms/hr in a posted 40 km/hr zone.
The driver was given a ticket for excessive speed and his motorcycle was seized at the scene.
