Have you shared a bus with a musical instrument lately? If so, let Andréane Lévesque know. Her son left his viola on the 6 Downtown bus on November 23 at about 4:15 p.m. and it hasn’t been seen since.
Lévesque says the replacement cost will be $600. “It is double tragic,” she said via Facebook. “Because of our financial hardship the school kindly waved the rental fee, now that it is lost we’re pretty much all losing.”
Despite constant calls to BC Transit and a police report, the viola has yet to reappear. So, Lévesque is reaching out to the public for help.
If you have any information, email [email protected] or send her a Facebook message (link below).
