Victoria Police are asking for the public’s help in locating the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run collision that left a pedestrian with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident happened at around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Cook and Yates Streets last Tuesday (November 14th).
The driver of the truck allegedly left the scene without speaking to the pedestrian, who was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The truck involved is described as an 1980s’ model GMC or Ford pick-up truck.
The vehicle is grey, with an extended front bumper, and an open bed, no canopy, and, with possibly a wooden back bumper.
There were two people in the vehicle at the time of the collision. The driver is described as a Caucasian man, between 50-60 years of age, with a grey and white beard.
