Sometimes we all need a moment of bliss to get us through the day, and Kove Photography’s ‘Island in the Sky’ time-lapse video provides just that.
The footage takes viewers on a journey through Vancouver Island’s lush forests, meadows, mountains, beaches, inlets, rivers, lakes and into the night sky.
Kove Photography told Victoria Buzz that the aim of this short film is to showcase the beauty and tranquility of Vancouver Island’s parks and wilderness areas.
Captured over the course of a year, Island in the Sky encompasses all four seasons on Vancouver Island.
So, although summer might be coming to an end, the video acts as a reminder that this wild, northwest island we call home can be beautiful and welcoming all year round.
