The 2017 Cannabis Cup (formerly Legends Valley Music Festival) has added another last-minute headliner: Lil’ Kim!
The popular rapper will perform as the Saturday night headliner. Her announcement follows the addition of Wyclef Jean as part of the Sunday night lineup.
Both announcements came after the bassist to Body Count was injured and the band had to pull out.
