A Shamrock; the classic symbol of good fortune, the icon of our beloved Saint Patrick’s Day, and a staple in the Victoria community as a rough and tumble, hard-hitting, crease crashing Lacrosse team.

The Victoria Shamrocks, the Junior Shamrocks, and the Intermediate Shamrocks have all shared their name, but have in fact always been 3 separate entities.

In early March they united all 3 teams under a Partnership Agreement.

They will now work together on branding, marketing, ticket sales, and will even trickle down to the players as far as coaching style, player development, and a common style of play.

In 2011, the Junior and Intermediate Shamrocks formed a uniting partnership that would solidify each program.

Now, the Shamrock family as gone full circle as the senior team is also now a part of the partnership.

Relations were already strong, as 15 of the Senior Shamrocks had previously played for the Intermediate team, but there will now be a more unified approach to the way each team handles their developmental philosophy.

Ultimate Season Ticket

Just last week, the Shamrocks announced an Ultimate Season Ticket, which is the first of many ways the three teams will cooperate together.

Ultra-fans who take the plunge into the ultimate season ticket will get access to every single home game for all three teams.

The value is insane if you’re interested in following the Shamrocks on every single level – an opportunity unique to the smaller scale that the Western Lacrosse Association operates on.

Prices are $200 for adults, $150 for seniors, and just $120 for students.

Upcoming Home Games

Both the Junior and Intermediate squads have home games at The Q Center on April 29th. The Senior squad opens their season May 19th against the Langley Thunder.
