Pup Star: Season 2 is conducting a casting call in Esquimalt today! The film follows the adventures of a Yorkshire Terrier, separated from her owner by an opportunist dog pound worker.
The producers are looking for owners and their pups to both appear in the movie, to recreate a talent contest not unlike an American Idol for dogs.
Some specifics they are looking for:
- Medium to large dogs (not under 20lbs)
- Young adult owners approx. ages 15-25
- One black Puli (mop dog)
- One brown Yorkie puppy at least 16wks old
When: Tuesday, November 1, 2:30-4:30 p.m.
Where: 836 Viewfield Rd.
Feel free to bring treats or other comfort items for your dog while they wait for their call 🙂
Shooting will be from mid-November through to some time in December, so please make sure you will be available for those dates.
Call backs are expected to be on Thursday.
