Saanich police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old girl.
Giuliana Scognamiglio was last seen around 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, when she left her group home in the 4000-block of Gerard Pl in Saanich.
There are no known places where she would go and she is not familiar with the transit system, according to police.
She is described as a white female, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing about 110 pounds. She has dirty blonde shoulder length hair and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, camouflage shorts, black runners and carrying a black backpack.
“According to group home staff, Giuliana missed taking her medication” A/Sgt. Jereme Leslie said. “We’re concerned for Giuliana’s wellbeing and are asking for the Public to call us if they have seen her.”
