On July 7th 2016, five individuals, four young men and one young woman, were captured on surveillance video outside a restaurant in the 500-block of Johnson Street.
They appear to enter the alley to “tag” a surface outside the restaurant. At the end of the footage, the group spot the video camera and two of them attempt to disable it, unaware that a second camera has captured their activities as well.
