Comox Valley RCMP are investigating the assault of a woman while she was jogging through Condor Park in Comox.
The assault happened around 10:30am on Thursday. A male grabbed the woman and she fought back and managed to escape.
The man then fled onto Robb Rd. He is described as 5’8″ to 5’11”, medium build, and possibly dark hair, wearing blue plaid pyjama pants, blue or grey hoody possibly with white writing on the front.
Police are urging the public to use caution when using parks and trails and to remain vigilant of their surroundings.
