Victoria Police searching for missing 24-year-old woman

Victoria Police are asking for your help in locating missing a 24-year-old woman who was first reported missing on May 10th to the Nanaimo RCMP.

Francoise “Frankie” Farwell is described as a young black female of Haitian descent. She is soft spoken and very friendly.

Frankie has an athletic build, weighing 140 pounds and standing about five feet, four inches tall. She has brown eyes and black hair, although she often wears a baseball cap or wig.

Frankie is developmentally delayed and her family are deeply worried about her. She was seen in the James Bay Starbucks on June 15th.

Victoria Police investigators recently received information that a woman matching Frankie’s description who called herself “Hope” was seen in the Tent City area.

Francoise (Frankie) Marie Farwell was last seen near the Cowichan District Hospital on Saturday, May 7th. She was reported missing on May 10th.

She is described as 5’6″, 130 lbs, with black hair styled in a large afro and brown eyes.

Farwell was last seen wearing a dark jacket, tan pants and tan boots.

Police believe she may have been headed to Victoria.
