Ocean 98.5 Radiothon for kids is taking place today and tomorrow all in support of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Heading into their 14th year, the Ocean 98.5 Radiothon for Kids has raised over 1.8 million dollars for sick kids and their families at the BC Children’s Hospital.
All money raised goes directly to life saving care and equipment at BC Children’s Hospital. This year they are hoping to break donation records!
Over the course of two days, listen to the Ocean between 6am and 6pm as they broadcast live and share in the laughs and tears, successes and stories of hope from patients and their families who have used or are currently using the BC Children’s Hospital.
Listeners are encouraged to call in with a pledge of support. You contribution will be put towards the purchase of medical equipment designed especially for children, and research to find cures and treatments for childhood illnesses.

2. Stop by Ocean 98.5 (817 Fort St.) between 10am – 2pm on May 12th or during broadcast live from 6am – 6pm at Centennial Square on May 13th to make a donation in person.
3. Donate online at the BC Children’s Hospital or in person.
