Filming began in March 2015 at the iconic castle. According to IMDB: “An American nanny is shocked that her new English family’s boy is actually a life-sized doll. After violating a list of strict rules, disturbing events make her believe that the doll is really alive.”

Craigdarroch Castle is a local Victorian treasure, full of ornate woodwork and the ability to transport visitors to a bygone era. It features prominently in this production, as the setting of what promises to be a suspenseful, if not downright terrifying, ride. Hatley Castle was also used for interior shots, as well as some scenes where actors entered and exited the castle after dark.

See it at local theaters starting January 22nd.
