Richmond RCMP are looking for Ephraigm Flores, a 23-year-old Toronto resident last seen on Boxing Day in Richmond.
Ephraigm Flores was reportedly last seen at around 11:14 pm on December 26, 2015 in the area of Garden City Rd and Granville Ave. He was returning from an electronic music event at BC Place in Vancouver.
Flores is described as a Filipino male, 23 years of age, 5’ 8 tall, and weighing around 190 lb. He has short black hair, brown eyes, and has an athletic build.
His family is in Vancouver, and they received a call that that he may have been spotted on Fort Street here in Victoria
It is unusual for Ephraigm to go missing. His family, friends, and the police are very concerned for his well-being,” says Corporal Dennis Hwang of the Richmond RCMP.
If you see Flores, or know where he might be, you’re asked to phone police immediately.
