Victoria Zombie Walk

This year’s Victoria Zombie Walk will be a bigger event and more of an all day event, with activity’s for kids & after party’s for adults. The walking dead set off from Centennial square & move down both Government & Douglas Streets, ending at the historic Legislative Buildings.

Festival Of Fear At Galey Farms

Another year of fear taking place at Galey Farms featuring a Haunted house for kids & an EVEN scarier 6000sqft CarnEvil Haunted House for adults. Get lost in the fully animated Cornfield of Horror featuring a haunted mansion, pirates island, the Addams graveyard & more. Don’t forget to hop on the Crazy Train.

Vancouver Island Maze

Get lost in a one-of-a kind unique corn maze located in North Saanich. Bring the whole family & venture out into the corn maze “We Heart Vancouver Island”. Dress warm, wear boots, bring a flashlight & for the little ones a stroller with larger style wheels. Small interactive maze available for the kids.

BC Cider Week @ Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse

Sea Cider is thrilled to welcome the public to Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse for the inaugural ‘Cider Social’, the grand opening event for BC Ciderweek. Cideries from across Western Canada & the Pacific Northwest will be gathering this harvest season to celebrate the art of craft cider at Sea Cider.

TP The Town

Organized by Prodigy Group in partnership with Greater Victoria Coalition to End Homelessness to collect 50,000 rolls of toilet paper for people in need.The collected rolls will be given out throughout the year to those who are experiencing homelessness or poverty.

Art + Fare: A Celebration of Local Food, Drink, Music & Art

The Union Club of BC is hosting a festive gathering in support of the Gallery. Explore specially curated exhibitions by five local art galleries in addition to the AGGV’s Art Rental & Sales. Participating galleries are: Winchester Galleries, Madrona Gallery, Alcheringa Gallery, Mercurio Gallery & Art Atelier 546. Enjoy mouth-watering tapas style fare prepared by the Union Club’s own Executive Chef, Jeffery Brothers. Then prepare to dance the night away to musical favourites performed by the Katzenjammers!

Sidney Fine Art Show

The Show is a world-class juried art show for serious artists, patrons, & appreciators of the arts. Each year over 1,000 pieces of art are received for adjudication & our dedicated jury selects close to 400 of the best to display. A cheques is written for a total of over $100,000 to the artists for art sold during the show: money that goes directly back to supporting our island artistic community. All funds raised by The Sidney Fine Art Show are used by the Community Arts Council of the Saanich Peninsula to support its many diverse programs

The Victoria Jazz Society

When it comes to one-man bands ~ guitarist & singer extraordinaire Steve Hill has no limits. Throughout his lengthy & intense live shows, Hill performs standing up while singing & playing guitar, his feet playing bass drum, snare drum, hi-hats & with a drum stick fused to the head of his trusty guitar. With roots in blues, rock & a little bit of country, Hill performs his original songs, blues classics & quite often, raucous renditions of Jimi Hendrix tunes.
