Victoria Police are looking for anyone that was in the 1600-block of Douglas Street Monday night around 10pm, that might have information after a marijuana dispensary was robbed.
At around 10pm, an armed robbery took place at the Weeds Social Club on Douglas Street. A lone man walked into the dispensary, produced a weapon and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and drugs. There were no injuries.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, standing 5′ 9″ with a slim build wearing a blue sweat top with a dark hood. While the man wore a disguise, he is believed to be in his 20s to early 30s. He was last seen riding a white BMX-style bicycle.
This is the second marijuana dispensary that has reported being robbed in the past couple of months. In July, the Pharmacy on Scott Street was also robbed. A handgun and knife were used in that incident
